Stereo Pairs
An explanation of stereo pairs and their use (PDF)

In addition to planned stereo pairs, the Pairendipity software can identify all overlapping images suitable for stereo processing. Global lists of such image pairs for the HiRISE and CTX datasets are provided here ordered by latitude. Images taken close together in time minimize illumination and frost differences and are especially useful (see the Delta-Days column). Stereo images planned within the same 14-day operations cycle are known as SPORCs.
