This delta-like structure on the western margin of Antoniadi Crater indicates a diversity in the nature of water flows here. We know that branched inverted channels in the central part of Antoniadi developed by ground sapping based on their shapes. Such a delta could give us new insights on precipitation-fed runoff. Also, this delta could provide us new information about the water body that existed at the time of formation.
