Another Time, Another Place
Happy New Year! An otherworldly image in Richardson Crater to start 2021 off right. Richardson is about 96 kilometers in diameter (60 miles) and hosts lots of defrosting patterns on dunes that are often the result of the sublimation of subsurface carbon dioxide ice.
