Ophir Chasma Floor Deformation

Ophir Chasma Floor Deformation

Floor Deformation in Ophir Chasma
This part of the Ophir Chasma floor is fractured in the north, and in the southern half displays a gentle scarp parallel to the chasm trend, and then a very densely cratered floor zone, possibly related to very old debris aprons. Fracturing and scarp formation may also be related to the formation of the chasm.
